The rooms were comfortable and outstanding with aircon as well as a huge balcony.

In overall, the place is reasonably priced, has very responsive and professional staff in all areas. The rooms are brand-new and spotless here with the bedroom, double bed plus a huge balcony a fridge. The breakfast includes outstanding food, such as coffee, fruit, scrambled eggs, and bacon. The location is perfect and exceptionally nice, just next door to restaurant's and the main square - couldn't be better.

It had great and brilliant location, not far from the sea front, which is lovely and has a beautiful port, the lovely seafront with a vast array of bars, shops and delicous ice-cream at Tony's and St Paul's Square. Also, the place was at a short distance from Kennedy Grove Park. The breakfast was good on 2 morning's, I greatly enjoyed eggs and bacon.

The location was ideal, relatively close to Bugibba Water Park. There was a clean restaurant, a market and a local store next door. The units were large and the staff were professional people at the reception desk. It had a comfortable bathroom, which is always an advantage.

Had central location to the bus stops where we travelled by bus all over the island. The breakfast had plenty of options: coffee, fruit, scrambled eggs, and bacon.

The property is functional, it has nice and courteous staff at the reception desk. The location is incredible, on large tellies passing as a form of entertainment. The Irish bar makes the cold drinks.

Really enjoyed my really really nice stay on holiday. The hotel was set in a central area just off gardens and the bay with restaurants. Also, Bugibba Square was placed nearby. Had facilities needed in my king room, including a mobile and a kettle. The breakfast had a lot of selection, the food was nice.

Nicely presented hotel, clean, with helpful staff in all areas. Brilliant units by leaving a note to say electrics failure to move.

We think it's an amazing base for staying in St. Paul's Bay. The units are spotless, neat on double beds. Great to have a storage, a mobile and a kettle. The staff are professional, the location is unbeatable.

Nicely presented place with competent employees in all areas. Comfortable bed, comfortable bathroom and a ceiling fan, a mobile and a kettle in the room. Ideal location in a very very nice area close to the St Paul Bay seaside and the nice nigthlife in Bugibba, bars and restaurants, and the lovely seafront with a vast array of bars. Besides, easy access to Bugibba Square.

The location was absolutely perfect and brilliant, within short walking distance to old town. The staff were lovely and good. I enjoyed nice restaurant.

Had a very nice stay on holiday, and would stay here again and again. The breakfast selection was good on 2 morning's. The room was newly remodelled, spotlessly clean and with 2 double beds. The location couldn't be more great to the shop on the corner 100yards down the road who would arrange tours of anywhere.

Location close to areas of high traffic, the local shop and restaurants and the nice nigthlife in Bugibba. Good pool area, satisfactory breakfast with bacon sausage and 2 morning's.
